Collision repair estimate

Our Repair Process

  • Estimate: In this process, your vehicle is inspected and the relevant data is entered into the estimate computer systems. Later, the data is compiled to give you an estimated cost of repairs.

  • Insurance approval: Once the estimate is completed, the insurance company will review it and give authorization to initiate repairs on the vehicle.

  • Disassembly: In this process, the damaged portion(s) of the vehicle are removed, sometimes revealing damages that may have not been initially assessed.

  • Parts procurement: The required parts are ordered, after checking for availability. If a part needs to be specially ordered, the order will be placed as soon as possible. Though most parts arrive very quickly, the actual repair of the vehicle often can't begin until all the structural parts have arrived.

  • Structural repair: The structural components of a vehicle must be repaired first. In this step, the unitized body is returned back to its factory specification. A sophisticated measurement system is used to monitor and analyze the frame in order to assure accurate repairs.

  • Body repair: Exterior panels and metal finishing are replaced or repaired and sheet metal is installed and aligned.

  • Paint: Paint preparation is an important step in the refinishing process. All involved panels are prepared for painting, and primed and sealed to assure good adhesion when the final top color and clear coats of paint are applied.

  • Reassembly: In this step, final molding and trim are restored on the vehicle. All the vehicle's systems are checked. Service repairs and front-end alignments are performed at this stage.

  • Clean up: After all the repairs are completed, the vehicle is washed and detailed. It goes through a quality control process to ensure that the vehicle has been restored to its preaccident state. Courtesy detailing is included with all our collision repairs.

  • Delivery: Delivery is the last step in our repair process. When you come to pick up the vehicle, we'll explain the bill to you and the final paperwork would be completed.
